Perfect Blend:The CoffeeShop Cartoonist

"A poem begins as a lump in the throat."--Robert Frost. My magazine style cartoons begin with a sip of coffee in the throat. A picture-punchline gestalt often emerges quickly as a finished statement. It is placed in a five-category file with dozens of other rough drawings: (1) word-play, irony, paradox, the ridiculous side of Human Experience; (2) religiosity gone awry; (3) sympathetic pokes at bums and bumpkins; (4) satirical political fun: Clintons, liberals et al; (5) war on terror.

About Me

P.C. Brewer:
I find that my enthusiasm and passion for the fine arts and a profound sense of gratitude to God maintains and enhances my spiritual wellness plus motivates me to be a better listener and friend to others. As a painter, pianist, musical arranger, writer, caricaturist and cartoonist, I find what just this corner of the arts can do for me: It brings order out of chaos, allows everything 'to be material', and can restore paradigms lost. The 'eyes and ears' of my artistic sensitivities enable me to keep growing into a more and more effective Executive Life Coach, setting the many failings of past 'Research & Development' behind, and keeping my goal setting conceivable, growth-enhancing, measurable, and hopeful.
